LOVE - A Puzzle Box Filled with Stories
is a truly unique puzzle game, and when I first saw it I didn't know what to really expect from the game. Sometimes you just go with a hunch when it comes to games, and so when I decided to play this game. I didn't want to look to much into the game as I wanted
to play it for myself and make my own judgment. However, before we go into the review for LOVE - A Puzzle Box Filled with Stories I would like to take the time to thank Rocketship Park for providing me with a free copy of LOVE - A Puzzle Box Filled with Stories
to play on my stream and for this review.
LOVE - A Puzzle Box Filled with Stories starts off by introducing the mechanics of the game. In the game, you are giving a series of photographs that tell a story and you
must complete the stories by solving the puzzles that complete the photos in the album. So the game starts off showing you a couple who enjoyed looking at the stars in the past and then you must move the apartment complex around to figure out the puzzle to
get the photos in the present. The apartment complex is split between a black and white side which represents the past and then a side of the complex in color which represents the present. You can also enter into the apartments of the patrons if it helps solve
Overall, the game was a lot of fun and I really started to get into the game a lot. The music is so relaxing and the puzzles in the game are quite satisfying as they are not too easy or too hard to figure
out. It's definitely something you can get lost in for a few hours. I didn't find much wrong with it, except the controls on Switch were a little stiff and I would have like to be able to adjust the cursor sensitivity on the Switch. The game does not use the
touch screen so you can only use the joy-cons or a controller.
Overall, besides that one thing, I thought the game was fantastic and I enjoyed playing it more off of stream as well, and if you are a person who
enjoys puzzle games then I highly recommend you go ahead and add LOVE - A Puzzle Box filled with Stories to your game library.
