Gameplay Coverage January '20

In this gameplay video from Ready Set Indie Games, TripG87 plays Neko Ghost Jump on PC.

Neko Ghost, Jump! is an adorable puzzle platforming game that allows for you to switch from 2D - 3D to solves some of its a puzzle. In the game, you play a cat who is trying to save his townsfolk from aliens after they have invaded and taken them away. The game does have a speed run set up to it, but the game is still fun for those who are casual players as well.

I did run into an error in the game, but as of 1/21/2020, I have spoken with the developer who confirmed that this was an older build and it's newer build the error has been fixed.

In this gameplay video from Ready Set Indie Games, TripG87 plays Project Genesis on PC.

Project Genesis is a Sci-fi adventure that not only allows for you to have ship battles, but also First Person Shooter battles as well. The game is currently in development and during this video gameplay this was during a stress test, so it may go in and out from time to time as the developers were testing the stress of the game.

The game is gorgeous and I absolutely loved the ship battles even if I was a little confused at times.

One of the things I would love to see incorporated is more with the FPS battles. During this test, it seemed like everyone was focused on the ship battles, so a cool concept would be to split your team. There seems to be 6 to a team. So I would say have three do the ship battles and three do a 3v3 battle inside the ships. You could have players select whether they do ship battles or the FPS battle, just in case some people may not like to fly the ships and want to do the FPS stuff.

Overall, the game is exciting and I am looking forward to the final product.

If you would like to play Project Genesis for yourself the game is currently in Pre-Alpha but will be available on PC.

In this gameplay video from Ready Set Indie Games, TripG87 plays The Canyon and Frog Squash via the Terminal Two Client.

The Terminal Two Client is a very unique client for those who are interested in coding as well as Indie Games. The Terminal Two Client features games in which you must code them to play them, which is a great way to get kids or even adults into coding. The games are well polished and when you play via PC through there client you will have to unlock the other games to play. The main hubs seem to be full adventure games where the other games that split off are either casual or also adventure games.

I could see this as being a great way for Educational Institutions to get kids into coding. As I said as an Adult I thoroughly enjoyed it and want to play it more.

Terminal Two is a great client and I highly recommend it for those who are into coding, or for those who want to get into coding, and should especially be used to get kids interesting in coding.

In this gameplay video from Ready Set Indie Games, TripG87 plays Xydonia on PC.

Xydonia is a retro 16-bit shmup that is currently in development. You get to choose between three different pilots, and then you get to select which route you want to take for each level. The game does have some bugs, but for the most part, the game is pretty fun and I really enjoyed the difficulty of the game and the music as well.

In this gameplay video from Ready Set Indie Games, TripG87 plays a few games featured on AirConsole's Hero Subscription.

AirConsole is a virtual gaming console that allows you to play 140 games that are usually indie based games. As AirConsole is online you can pretty much just load it up anywhere using the web browser and then your mobile devices are the controllers.

I ended up playing a few games just to show what AirConsole's Hero Subscription has to offer.

The Games I played were:
Rockstar Party
RunRunRun
Monkey Business
Remon & Honey Adventures
Trivia

I want to thank AirConsole for providing me with a Free Subscription to AirConsole Hero so that I could create this video.

The Video does tell you what AirConsole is about and what the free and subscription version has to offer.
